The selected candidate will be proposed as part of our bid to support a high-profile federal initiative. If the contract is awarded to us, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination for critical transformation efforts.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator (Level 2) to support project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks aligned with business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project support, data reporting tools, and government processes.
Candidates must clearly demonstrate the following:
- Experience in Project Administration
Minimum of five (5) years' experience within the last eight (8) years supporting project administration tasks, including coordination, scheduling, documentation, and administrative support. - Data Handling and Reporting
Minimum of five (5) years' experience within the last eight (8) years collecting, analyzing, and manipulating data to generate reports. - Education
A diploma or degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (or equivalent if obtained outside Canada) in one of the following fields: - Project Administration
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- A copy of the diploma or degree is required.
- Security Clearance
Must hold valid Reliability Status clearance.

Holds one of the following certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional)
- CPM (Certified Project Manager)
Proof of certification is required.
