As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital support role, working closely with our Client Account Managers and Post-Production Coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, coordinating follow-ups, and providing administrative support to maintain the high standards of our luxury client experience.

• Assist Client Account Managers with courtesy follow-ups after photoshoots via phone, email, and text.
• Provide clients with updates on their digital images and delivery timelines.
• Support the coordination of album and stainless print deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle client inquiries and relay information to Client Account Managers as needed.
• Support the Post-Production department by coordinating information and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Ensure efficient communication and coordination between team members.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in using email and other basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and 3-4 days a week, with 10-hour shifts.
• Ability to handle high end customers.
• Trilingual (written and spoken) in English, French, and Spanish is considered a notable asset.
