GHGSat offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world. The company uses its own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions.

As GHGSat continues its journey to build the world's leading geospatial atmospheric data platform, we are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDR) for our satellite derived methane monitoring products. These products help companies across commercial sectors identify and analyze methane gas emissions helping them proactively mitigate and manage the risk of loss of their valuable product.

We're looking for a highly organized, metrics-driven SDR Manager to lead a global team of 4–8 remote SDRs. This role is ideal for an experienced SDR (3+ years) ready to take the next step into team leadership or someone with early-stage management experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about outbound prospecting, optimizing performance through data, and building a high-performance culture across time zones and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 remote SDRs located across different regions and time zones.
  • Build and implement SDR processes tailored to verticals such as oil & gas, government, and finance.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including outreach volume, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign alignment.
  • Drive the adoption of tools and processes to enhance SDR productivity and efficiency (e.g., CRM, outreach platforms, reporting dashboards).
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Provide hands-on support for complex outreach strategies or key target accounts.
  • Continuously analyze and report on SDR performance and pipeline contributions, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Develop our next generation of Account Executives and SDR Managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR in B2B enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Experience working with or selling into complex verticals like energy, public sector, or finance.
  • Prior experience managing SDRs is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time zones and communication styles.
  • Proven ability to analyze metrics and use data to improve individual and team performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and leading a remote team.
