About the role

Dialectica has ambitious growth plans and we will continue scaling our team mainly in Operations, but also in other key functions such as Technology, Finance, People Operations, Business Development, and Compliance.

As a critical growth driver for the business, the TA team is at the forefront of delivering this growth. We do this through building innovative sourcing channels, crafting a compelling end-to-end candidate experience and partnering closely with our hiring managers to ensure a smooth and proactive service.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent
  • Attend careers and university events and manage external stakeholders, such as universities as necessary
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies to build a solid talent pipeline
  • Handle both inbound and outbound candidates and provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Implement competency-based tests & case studies and track results
  • Build your professional network through events, presentations, and social media
  • Partner with Marketing to creatively market our brand in North America and beyond
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Create an amazing candidate experience branding Dialectica as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance
  • 2-4 years of full-time work experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in proactive sourcing using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems (i.e. LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities required
  • Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Advanced relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills in English and French
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite

The company recruits experts from all over the world in all industries for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the support of the company's other offices located outside Quebec with which interaction is constant. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
