Posted 14 days ago

Florence is a fast-growing global healthcare technology company, founded by a doctor with an ambition to transform care with people-first technology. The Florence app empowers nurses to find flexible, fair and transparent work options, and enables healthcare facilities to reliably address staffing shortages.

With over 90,000 healthcare professionals and 4,000 organizations using Florence in the UK, and a series B fundraise of $35m USD, we've expanded this model into France and Canada. This is a unique opportunity to join the Florence Canada team in its launch year, working in support of a high-growth start-up mandate.

Florence technology powers an innovative marketplace between healthcare organizations and professionals. We are seeking an Onboarding Representative to guide our new healthcare professionals through the onboarding and credentialing process with Florence, be their point of contact and support ongoing retention and engagement initiatives. We provide the technology, resources, and systems you need to work efficiently and effectively.

Critical to success in this role is a growth mindset, creative problem solving skills, and self-starter spirit: the ability to work with what you have, identify innovative solutions, and unlock learnings. You must be resilient, flexible, and collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a proven track record in an operations or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare sector, however the real key is having the right attitude and willingness to learn. Above all else, you are a team player.

At Florence, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry while contributing to a dynamic and fast-growing organization. Join us as we revolutionize healthcare staffing with technology!
