The Xe.com Corporate Sales team is looking to expand their desk with an ambitious, confident, and tenacious individual for our growing Sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you have the ability to create fundamental long-lasting relationships, which will result in you excelling with your sales targets.

What you'll do:

  • You are the Lead Cold Caller: Help support both outbound and inbound channels with a hyper-focus on moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Connect and Achieve: Ability to self-source leads and supply insightful information, deliver a new perspective on how to grow their corporate business globally.
  • Promote our Product: Understanding the value of our product to our clients.
  • Driving the Conversation: Engaging with our clients to secure leads to understand the client's needs.
  • Squash your goals: You will achieve your weekly quota for booked meetings to qualify sales leads.

Within the First 30/60/90 days you will:

  • Book/attend and keep an average of 2 prospect meetings per week plus 60 calls per day and 20 emails per day.
  • Achieve a high quality of activities and emphasis placed on call times and meaningful conversations converting into prospect meetings.
  • Convert 40 leads into prospects monthly 90 days.
  • Expectations are 1 new account in month one, 2 in month two, 3 in month three, and average 3-5 ongoing.
  • Strong LinkedIn presence and professional network will be a significant plus to candidates' success.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Outbound sales experience desirable.
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
  • Superior communication, relationship building, and collaborative capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com is a huge plus.
