The Role
The Warehouse & Delivery Administrator is responsible for processing all paperwork for incoming receivables in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner.
What you will be doing
- Act as liaison with transport companies for incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Write up transfers between stores.
- Create daily route sheets for delivery drivers
- Greet customers in the pickup office
- Relay customer pickup invoices to the warehouse staff
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery windows
- Communication between Delivery Teams, Customers and Delivery Manager.
- Communicate regarding all rebooked deliveries
- Relay stock checks to warehouse staff
To be successful in this role, you ideally
- Have strong computer skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Enjoy working within a diverse team.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
Compensation$17/hr - $19/hr
