Position: Sanitation Supervisor Reports to: Plant Manager

We are looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to lead our Sanitation Team! Our Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for setting goals and objectives for our sanitation team to ensure our production departments are in clean and great condition!

Skills & Experience

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Commitment to on-going personal development within the organization

things you will do…

  • Plan and organize staff to ensure production departments are clean and in great condition as directed
  • Develop SOP's in coordination with Quality Assurance to make sure all Food Safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with governmental standards
  • Follow-up and ensure all tasks are complete including extra duties as needed
  • Work with team members to create a plan during audits and to understand requirements for audit readiness
  • Work with Plant Manager to create, and adhere to supply and staffing budgets

OTHER …

  • You may on occasion work at varied times as the job requires
  • You are available to work flexible shifts, holidays, weekends, and be on-call

Salary - 62,100 - 75,200
