About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced videographer and editor for a one-off project involving the filming and editing of a professional testimonial video. The task requires the videographer to be on-site at the client's office in Toronto, Canada, on the morning of May 15th, 2024, to film a 3-5 minute testimonial. After the on-site filming, the videographer will be responsible for editing the footage into a polished, corporate-style case study video. Although there is no strict deadline for the final edited product, the client would appreciate a professional who can complete the task at a timely rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the on-site videography for the professional testimonial shoot at the client's office in Toronto on May 15th, 2024.
  • Ensure proper lighting, audio, and camera setup for capturing high-quality footage.
  • Collaborate with the client or subject to understand the desired tone and messaging for the testimonial video.
  • Capture engaging and visually appealing footage adhering to the specified 3-5 minute duration.
  • Edit the raw footage into a polished, corporate-style case study video, incorporating any necessary graphics, titles, or animations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality corporate videos, testimonials, or case studies.
  • Proficiency in operating professional videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Ability to capture visually compelling footage and edit it into a cohesive, professional-grade video.
  • Knowledge of corporate branding and video style guidelines.
