Smart Skin Technologies provides a fast paced, exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated marketer who is looking for an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing high tech company working with many of the world's largest brands in the beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will provide support to the Sales & Marketing Department through client management, managing customer events, supporting brand building initiatives and other marketing and sales activities as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing and brand building projects.
- Manage organization's social media and web channels and work directly with content developer to ensure that all channels are current and relevant to the organization and its customers.
- In partnership with the broader marketing team help develop KPI's for tracking the success of individual marketing initiatives and lead generation projects.
- Execute Account Based marketing projects to develop leads and relationships at target accounts.
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics.
- Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and support plans through data analysis.
- Manage and execute marketing events. Including but not limited to virtual and in-person user conferences and user groups, trade shows, and other marketing and branding opportunities that are strategic to the organization's growth.
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Creative thinker that finds ways to solve problems and achieve success.
- Handles pressure well and skilled in prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to understand and execute High Level Marketing strategies.
- Experience with Account based marketing strategies an asset.
- Understanding and experience with Social Media Marketing a Plus.
- Experience working in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical or food and beverage manufacturing industry an asset.
