VR Attendant – Customer Service Representative

We're Hiring at RealityScape VR - Regent Mall!

We're launching an exciting new VR entertainment space inside Regent Mall (Fredericton, NB) featuring high-end, fully immersive experiences like: 360° Time Machine Superjet Simulator Paraglider Adventure VR Egg Pods

We are now hiring: 1 Full-Time Position 3 Part-Time Positions (with potential for more hours)

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with using VR machines

• Open and close cash • Handle daily cash transactions accurately

• Ensure machines are running smoothly

• Keep the area clean and inviting

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service

• Help with basic troubleshooting (training provided) Requirements:

• Friendly and reliable • Comfortable with technology

• Able to work mall retail hours, including evenings/weekends

• Minimum age: 16+
