After 42 years in the game, Martek is still growing-expanding our property management footprint across Newfoundland. We're now hiring a Regional Manager to take the reins on operations in Gander and western NL.

This is a senior role. You'll oversee a mix of residential and commercial buildings-leading leasing, maintenance, and tenant experience with help from on-site teams, contractors, and support staff.

What You'll Be Remarkable At:

Lead day-to-day operations for a regional property portfolio

Coordinate and support resident managers + contractors

Oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

Track occupancy and performance-monthly + quarterly reports

Keep Yardi up to date (bonus points if you already know it)

Approve invoices and keep budgets on track

Be our on-the-ground point person-proactive, responsive, respected

We'd love to base this role in Gander, but we're open to nearby locations for the right person. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role-and we're hiring now.
