Cleaner

Brison Developments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring our homes and offices are presented to the highest standard both during and after construction, and while properties are listed for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform post-construction cleaning of newly built homes
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of homes listed for sale
• Assist with apartment turnovers as needed
• Clean and maintain company office spaces
• Occasionally operate a pressure washer to clean building exteriors
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel between job sites in Windsor, Wolfville, Port Williams and Kentville required)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and occasional use of power equipment
• Prior cleaning experience is an asset but not required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Available for full-time work and able to start immediately
