- Support senior engineers in coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to define scope, priorities, and practical design solutions
- Assist with the planning and design of marine infrastructure—wharves, breakwaters, caissons, and steel sheet pile walls—from concept through detailed design
- Contribute to structural analyses and models, including component design (decks, piles, fenders, bollards, etc. and, where applicable, mooring/berthing studies
- – Promote strategic alignment of HR with business goals and objectives.
- – Lead recruitment efforts and develop strategies for employee attraction and retention.
- – Coach leadership on conflict resolution, training, and compliance with HR policies.
- – Direct full-cycle accounting process, ensuring accurate financial statement preparation.
- – Manage year-end audit and ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations.
- – Lead budgeting initiatives and prepare forecasting reports to optimize efficiency.
