Title: Maintenance Tool Crib & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $22.00 -24.00 /hr.

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

Our customer who produces small components for the automotive sector is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant. This is a great opportunity to use you skills skills and work at a company that operates a clean and efficient operation. Located on a bus route.

Job Duties:

• Receiving parts such as automotive screws and bolts and update into the system.
• Receive shop tools to be labelled and put them away
• Anticipate and verify shortages and affix priorities to tool and equipment dispatch
• Records incoming materials and checks against bill of lading and/or purchase order for accuracy
• Electronically maintains appropriate inventory and accounting records on material and scrap
• Able to perform independently and in a team environment

Requirements:

• Strong computer knowledge to enter and maintain data base of inventory
• Use of SAP
• Ability to contact spare parts suppliers by phone to discuss parts and coordinate orders
• Comfortable going on the plant floor and communicating with machine operators
• Able to perform independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
