Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Kingston
Hourly Rate: $1 9.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the move-out process of student residents, including packing, loading, and unloading belongings.
• Perform heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, and other items as needed.
• Utilize skills in drywall work, including mudding, sanding, and minor repairs as required.
• Conduct general cleanup of vacated units, including removal of garbage, debris, and old furniture.
• Assist in preparing units for new tenants by ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with drywall work, including mudding, sanding, and minor repairs, is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks to high standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
