Job Title: Pharmaceutical Packaging Associate - Casual

Location: Burlington, ON

Position Type: Temporary, Casual

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Advantage Personnel is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for temporary, casual Pharmaceutical Packaging and Labelling opportunities in Burlington. These positions involve manual labelling of pharmaceutical products, including vials, product inspection, and packaging. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply labels to pharmaceutical products, including vials, according to specific instructions.
• Perform manual labelling, packaging, and light assembly tasks.
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Verify product information, batch numbers, and other details as required.
• Package and organize finished products according to established procedures.
• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Follow written instructions, quality control procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus and consistency.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Patience and ability to work carefully with small products and labels.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in packaging, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labour considered an asset.
• Previous pharmaceutical packaging, vial labelling, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience is an asset.
• Availability for temporary, casual assignments as needed.
