Warehouse Associate

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate position will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations by receiving, processing, and storing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and load orders for outbound shipments
• Process and store inbound stock
• Collaborate in packing boxes, wrapping, and labeling pallets for shipping
• Utilize warehouse machinery to prepare orders by pulling materials
• Collaborate with inventory control to maintain bin location accuracy
• Uphold organization standards to provide quality service
• Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations to promote a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Contribute to the team's effort by completing reports and achieving related results

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school education and/or training certification, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of order picker equipment operation experience
• Forklift experience (Preferred)
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to adaptable/flexible with tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain mobile for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for items at various levels and heights
• Manual dexterity to handle and manipulate items, operate warehouse equipment, and perform tasks that require precise movements
• Physical agility to navigate aisles, climb ladders, and maneuver spaces

The required availability for this position is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
