Job Title : Building Cleaner
Location: Toronto, Ontario. Close by the major intersection of Yonge St & Wilson Ave.
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. With a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
The role is based at a property management location in North Toronto and focuses on cleaning and maintaining two buildings on the same property. This is a daytime position suited to someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Cleaning and housekeeping services include but are not limited to:
- Collecting the garbage and depositing it in the proper bins.
- Vacuuming carpets
- Mopping up spills from floors
- Cleaning washrooms
- Replacing and/or topping up washroom supplies
- Dusting
- Responding to on-demand requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Six (6) months of cleaning experience in the last five years.
- Criminal Background check
- Government Reliability Security Clearance. (We can start the process to obtain one)
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must follow directions.
- Must be a team player.
