Administrative Services Representative III

The Administrative Services Representative III (ASR III) provides administrative support across the Employee Wellbeing & Total Rewards team. This position supports a variety of functions, including Compensation Processing, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Employee Wellbeing & Disability Management.
Key functions include:
- Prepare standard employee letters using approved templates.
- Coordinate new hire and employee change documentation.
- Monitor workflow queues and track status of transactions.
- Tracking and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Assist employees with obtaining forms and information.
- Prepare, distribute and monitor outstanding employee packages and forms.
- Assist with communications and coordination of information sessions.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
- Support wellbeing programs, events, and awareness initiatives.
Our ideal teammate will have:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; or a High School Diploma with a minimum of one year of relevant administrative experience.
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Assets
- Experience in an administrative, payroll, benefits, human resources, or customer service environment.
- Experience working within a cross-functional team environment.
An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
