- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and strategic support to senior leaders and executives in assessing and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Lead and influence enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, serving as a project lead where appropriate, to drive alignment across functions, build organizational capability, and achieve strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure NB Power's Vision, Mission, and Values are embedded in strategic decision-making, operational processes, and day-to-day behaviors.
