Job Title: Bathroom Installer
Location: Halifax, NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually, with increases after certification and commission opportunities

The Bathroom Installer will be responsible for completing residential bathroom installations, renovations, and finishing work. This role involves installing tubs, showers, and related materials while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to company standards.

This position requires someone with hands-on renovation, installation, or construction experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in residential customer environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install bathroom fixtures, including tubs and showers
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Complete installation, renovation, and finishing tasks as required
• Ensure work meets building code, safety, and company quality standards
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress, issues, or material needs
• Provide professional customer service while working in residential homes
• Complete work with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous renovation, installation, construction, or trade experience preferred
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques considered an asset
• Training will be provided
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more as required
• Able to read measurements and basic plans
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
