The Administrative Services Representative (ASR) V is responsible for coordinating the delivery of residential energy efficiency programs while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting complex inquiries, resolving issues, balancing customer needs with program requirements and ensuring program targets are achieved. The ASR V also provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to employees.
Key functions include:
- Coordinating and providing operational support for Energy Efficiency Services residential programs
- Ensuring effective delivery and day-to-day operation of incentive programs.
- Leading and supporting staff through work coordination, coaching, performance management, training, and development to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of program objectives.
Our ideal teammate will have:
- Post-secondary diploma
OR
High School Diploma or GED - Four years of experience in customer service or in a customer-facing role, which includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing competing customer needs, and delivering a high standard of customer service (those with a High School Diploma or GED will require two additional years of experience).
- Four years of experience in one of the following areas may also be considered (those with a High School diploma or GED will require two additional years of experience):
- Human Resources
- Business
- Finance
- Administration
- Any other relevant field.
- Experience mentoring, training, or guiding others, coordinating work activities, serving as a subject matter resource, and supporting processes.
- Experience in administering processes or programs
- Experience in interpreting and applying policies, guidelines and procedures
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
