Job Title: General Labour

Location: Ancaster, ON

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are hiring General Labourers for a busy custom solid-surface manufacturing facility. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with experience using hand, power, and measuring tools in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, measuring tools, drills, and power tools
• Operate orbital sanders to polish countertops
• Load and unload custom countertop pieces
• Pack finished products and build skids for shipment
• Repetitively lift 50-60 lbs throughout the shift
• Perform other general labour duties as required

Requirements

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as measuring tapes
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs repetitively
• CSA-approved safety shoes required
• Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
• Must be available to interview at our Burlington office
