The Marketing Coordinator contributes to the implementation of EBOX's multi-channel marketing strategies. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this individual coordinates customer acquisition marketing activities and social media initiatives to ensure a strong and engaging brand presence. They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms, communication channels, and marketing tools used by the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active and consistent brand presence across social media platforms and coordinate community management projects.
  • Manage and execute an editorial calendar for organic social media content across platforms, as well as other promotional marketing activities.
  • Identify and monitor emerging social media trends to anticipate potential opportunities.
  • Analyze the performance of organic content, provide recommendations based on results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Support the marketing team in the creation, organization, and tracking of advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Create and manage engaging content and visual assets for social media posts, newsletters, and the company website.
  • Update the website and optimize content to improve engagement and increase conversions, including content creation, image descriptions, and related elements.
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials and merchandise for events and sponsorships.
  • Act as a liaison between customer service teams and external agencies to resolve issues arising on social media, while maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting the brand's online reputation.
  • Apply SEO best practices to web content to drive qualified traffic, improve customer experience, and increase the company's visibility in search engine results.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events and represent the company at events when required. • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to develop and implement promotional tactics.
  • Monitor competitors and industry best practices across Canada to improve brand positioning.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; or a Certificate in Community Management and social media; or equivalent relevant training.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and their respective advertising platforms.
  • Experience in content creation.
  • Customer service experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, curious, and interested in emerging digital and social media trends.
  • Strong adaptability, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Versatile, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Availability to travel for events and occasionally follow up outside regular business hours.
