As Bloom Wealth continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and experienced Senior Client Service Manager to join their team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The Role

The Senior Client Service Manager is a key member of the Bloom Wealth team and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience across investment and insurance services. Supporting advisors in all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, service delivery, and ongoing relationship management, this individual serves as a trusted operational partner and an important point of contact for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Bloom Wealth advisors throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Process new investment accounts, transfers, and trades while ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Manage and follow insurance applications and in-force business through every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and activities within the firm's CRM and associated systems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Coordinate with investment dealers, insurance carriers, service providers, and head office teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and support annual client reviews, meeting materials, account documentation, and DocuSign workflows.
  • Monitor outstanding client matters, ensuring all follow-ups are tracked, documented, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance standards and procedures across all investment and insurance business activities.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to ensure visibility on client activity, upcoming business, and outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, client communications, newsletters, and office administration as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to newer team members, including junior Client Service Managers, co-op students, and new advisors when appropriate.
  • Attend industry training sessions, provider seminars, and complete required continuing education requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mutual Fund Licensed (required).
  • Life Insurance License considered an asset but not required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a client service, wealth management, investment administration, or financial services environment; 10+ years is considered ideal.
  • Experience supporting investment and insurance business, including account processing, trades, transfers, and client documentation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines simultaneously.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities.
