SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or English

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the incumbent works closely with managers, leadership teams, employees, candidates, and other members of the Human Resources team. They respond to a variety of needs related to recruitment, staffing, onboarding of new employees, workforce planning, and compensation activities. They also participate in the implementation of various projects and assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management option or a related field);
  • Professional title in human resources (CPHR) considered an asset;
  • Minimum of two years' broad recent experience in human resources management in a unionized environment;
  • Any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant and equivalent could be considered;
  • Proficiency of the Microsoft 365 suite and knowledge of other software applications used within the Network;
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and work within established deadlines;
  • Excellent judgment, with strong listening, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong customer-service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
