Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) is a collaborative, framework for GNB service providers, youth, family, and community that strives to engage partners to deliver coordinated, integrated services for children, youth, and families in New Brunswick.

The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development is looking to hire 4 Regional Coordinators to join the Integrated Serivice Delivery team. They will work collaboratively and be solution focused.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Service Delivery, the ISD Regional Coordinators will serve as the primary regional liaison across government, community, and service partners. This role supports the coordination of integrated services by aligning provincial priorities with regional operations.

The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will include:

Regional Coordination and Integration

  • Facilitate collaboration across departments, school districts, health authorities, and community organizations
  • Support integrated planning and alignment of services across sectors
  • Act as a neutral intermediary to deliver systemic and operational integration challenges

Governance and Operational Support

  • Support regional ISD governance structures, including Regional Operational Committees, Integrated Clinical Teams, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and follow-up actions aligned with regional priorities
  • Ensure alignment between regional and provincial ISD initiatives

System Navigation and Stakeholder Engagement/Support

  • Provide guidance on service navigation challenges impacting children, youth, and families
  • Identify and escalate systemic gaps and barriers to integration
  • Build and maintain relationships with frontline professionals, regional partners, and community organizations
  • Support regional engagement and mobilization efforts

Continuous Improvement and Special Projects

  • Support the ongoing enhancement of the ISD framework
  • Contribute to special projects as required (e.g., training development, development of accountability measures, process improvements)
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities to strengthen service integration
  • Represent ISD at local and provincial working groups, committees, project planning with emphasis on integrated support lens across services as needed

Information Sharing and Reporting

  • Support the dissemination of ISD tools, resources, and practices
  • Monitor regional activities and contribute to data collection, reporting and knowledge sharing

Who you are:

You are an organized professional with strong facilitation and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable navigating complex systems to support integrated service delivery.

Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:

Need to have:

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Education, Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related experience (e.g., program coordination, stakeholder engagement, cross-sector collaboration)
  • Written and spoken competence in English and French (bilingual)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the province as required

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a field such as adult education/coaching may be considered.

Salary:

Pay Band 5: $67,600 - $94,406 annually

Work environment:

  • Remote work may be considered, with flexibility to support regional needs
  • Occasional travel within New Brunswick is required
  • Office location: 250 King Street, Fredericton.
  • Standard hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:15- 4:30.
