Job Title: Terminal Clerk
Location: Vaughan , ON
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday , 7 :00 am - 3 :30 pm

Pay Rate: $ 19 .00 /hr

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Terminal Clerk ( Data Entry ) for a future opportunity to join our client in the transportation industry . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining transportation and shipment information while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :

• Enter and update transportation and logistics data accurately via TruckMate
• Process shipping, delivery, and driver documentation.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding documentation and data discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Preference to those experienced with TruckMate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
