The incumbent will enter data into databases and[AC2.1] ensure that all information is valid and accurate.

In this role, you will:

• Receive and record invoices, forms, files, and other documents for data entry.
• Enter data into databases and appropriate software.
• Check that data is accurate and complete, and make corrections as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite and the Canadian Red Cross database.
• Ability to work professionally as part of a team on multiple simultaneous project to meet deadlines.
• Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work during non-traditional hours (i.e. late night or weekends) and long hours in demanding contexts.
• Ability to be deployed anywhere across the assigned territory, as required.
