Sales Associate

Jump Recruitment Specialists have partnered with Hottub & Sauna Depot in their search for a full-time, permanent Sales Associate. In this role you will combine sales with administrative duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a result-driven environment and is motivated by achieving sales success:

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning customers. Greet buyers and match clients with the right hot tub model.
• Product Expertise: Explain jet layouts, electrical requirements (110V vs. 240V), heating, and insulation.
• Water Care Guidance: Sell and explain chemical balancing, filters, and sanitation systems.
• Store Operations: Process point-of-sale transactions, manage inventory, and maintain showroom displays.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Support day-to-day operations and complete other customer service and sales-related duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:·

• Previous experience in sales and customer support
• Basic understanding of spa mechanics, electrical setups, or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including weekends
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• A full-time, permanent position, our sales room is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
