Job Title: Field Technician
Location: Saint John, NB
Job Type: Full-time hours, 4 month contract
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Wage: $30.00-$35.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsibile for imaging desktops and laptops, installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices through Intune and Autopilot
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
- Documentation of tasks and apps installed
- Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
- Assign devices to users via Intune
- Driving to various company locations within Saint John that need to be serviced
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- Experience in a technical analyst, field technician, or similar role is a definite asset
- Experience with Intune and autopilot is required
- Understanding of Active Directory and Network tools
- Own vehicle, gas will be reimbursed
