Help Shape the Future of Primary Care

At Clinique Médicale Accès, we believe the future of primary care is not about asking healthcare professionals to work harder-it is about building smarter systems that allow every member of the team to practise at the highest level of their training.

Our collaborative physician-nurse model has demonstrated that innovation, prevention, and efficient team-based care can dramatically increase access to primary care while preserving the quality of the patient experience. We continue to invest in new ways of delivering care, empowering healthcare professionals, and improving the lives of our patients.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are excited to welcome two bilingual Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

We intentionally hope to recruit two Nurse Practitioners together, believing that beginning this journey alongside another NP creates opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, professional support, and long-term job satisfaction.

If you are passionate about preventive medicine, collaborative practice, and helping redefine how primary care is delivered, we would love to meet you.

Supporting Your Success

At Clinique Médicale Accès, we believe that Nurse Practitioners should spend the majority of their time applying their clinical expertise-assessing patients, making diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and solving complex medical problems.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are committed to continually optimizing our collaborative care model. To help Nurse Practitioners maximize both job satisfaction and eligibility for our efficiency-based bonus program, we are open to discussing dedicated Registered Nurse support. By allowing Registered Nurses to perform appropriate clinical tasks within their scope of practice, Nurse Practitioners can focus more of their time on clinical decision-making and delivering high-quality patient care.

We believe every healthcare professional should be empowered to practise at the highest level of their training.
