Job Summary
The Trades Worker II (Millwright) is a journeyperson level position that performs skilled work in the maintenance alteration, construction, and repair of sterilizers, refrigeration systems and other mechanical equipment. Work may also involve welding, soldering and blueprint reading and performing other related duties as required.

Job Demands
By applying for this job, you acknowledge an understanding that regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to):
Constantly lifts, carries or moves objects up to 11 lbs., regularly between 11 - 44 lbs. and occasionally over 44 lbs.
Regularly requires physical effort using tools that require accurate control and steadiness; maintaining physical balance, standing, walking, climbing, using gross and fine motor skills, and working in awkward or cramped positions requiring strength and/or endurance.
Work is impacted by time pressures/deadlines, interruptions and lack of control over work pace as priorities change, services being interrupted, etc.

Job Qualifications
Successful completion of a Journeyperson's Certificate in Industrial Mechanics (Millwright).
A minimum of three years of experience as an Industrial Mechanical Millwright is required.
Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
