Job Overview:
We are looking for an Office Lead to join our client in their Moncton office. Tasks include making sure deliveries are received and ordering supplies for the office. The ideal candidate will be based in the Moncton office 4 days per week with flexibility required to support senior leadership as needed
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workplace.
- Serve as the primary contact for building management, landlords, and vendors.
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and health & safety standards.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Welcome clients and visitors, creating a professional office environment.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, and office logistics.
- Organize office events, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Enhance the office environment and overall employee experience.
- Partner with Talent, IT, Finance, and Operations on onboarding, offboarding, and office initiatives.
- Process invoices and route office correspondence.
- Support internal communications related to office operations.
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable workplace solutions
Requirements:
- Flexibility required to support senior leadership as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in similar office administration, facilities, operations, or executive support role
