Content Cleaner

Job Title: Restoration Content Cleaner

Location: St. Johns, NL

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Rate of Pay: $21.00/hr

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our restoration and disaster recovery team. As a Content Cleaner, you will help restore personal belongings, furniture, electronics, and other contents affected by fire, water, mold, storm, or other property damage. Your work will help customers recover after unexpected disasters and return their belongings to pre-loss condition whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean, deodorize, sanitize, and restore damaged contents and household items.
• Pack, inventory, transport, and store customer belongings.
• Assist with water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage recovery projects.
• Operate cleaning equipment and restoration tools safely.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
• Work effectively with team members and maintain a professional attitude with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous restoration, cleaning, moving, warehouse, or construction experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during emergency response situations.
