With a proven product, established customers, and ambitious growth plans, the company is evolving from a hardware-focused business into a recurring revenue SaaS-driven organization. To support this next chapter, Prosaris is seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead commercial growth and build a scalable sales function.

The Role

The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and closing both hardware and software subscription business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys hunting for new opportunities while also developing long-term customer relationships.

Working closely with company leadership and technical experts, the Account Executive will educate prospective customers on the value of Prosaris' technology and help organizations improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
  • Manage a full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with operations, maintenance, engineering, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for software subscription growth and recurring revenue expansion.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting activities within CRM systems.
  • Develop account plans that support customer retention, expansion, and enterprise-level growth.
  • Drive adoption across multiple facilities within existing customer organizations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build market presence and generate leads.
  • Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to leadership and product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling industrial products, industrial technologies, software solutions, or technical products.
  • SaaS sales experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and multiple decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel as required throughout North America.
  • Experience with manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, maintenance, reliability, or industrial operations is considered an asset.
