Shift:
- Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Afternoons: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire
About the Role
We're hiring Warehouse Associates to join a high-volume distribution and materials handling operation in Burlington. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
In this role, you will work with wire and cable products, supporting order fulfillment, material handling, and accurate preparation of customer orders for shipment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Pick, cut, receive, and organize wire and cable products
- Complete standard, rush, and custom orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product condition
- Communicate with supervisors regarding order status or issues
- Support general warehouse operations including lifting, pushing, and pulling materials
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Experience in material handling, warehousing, or production environments is an asset
- Basic math and computer skills considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset (not required)
- CSA-approved safety footwear required
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check
