SummaryWithin the Brand Management team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality concepts and adapting existing advertisements into multiple static, animated, digital, and print formats. The Graphic Designer will report to a Senior Brand Manager and will receive instructions and details primarily from partners in the Marketing Communications team and must work jointly with them until the campaign is delivered. The scope of work includes all Bell Brands, Bell, Virgin Plus and Lucky by Bell.
Key Responsibilities- Adapt existing advertisements created by external agencies into multiple digital and print formats, such as digital banners, outdoor billboards, newspapers, social media, YouTube, animations, etc.
- Reformat advertisements into the required formats using the Celtra creative production tool (training provided if necessary).
- Ensure company brand compliance when adapting various advertising campaigns.
- Create digital or print advertising concepts as needed.
- Respect tight production deadlines to deliver advertising campaigns on time.
- Provide final deliverables according to industry standards and supplier-provided technical specifications.
- Provide original solutions to design problems while considering applicable restrictions, norms, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools that accelerate production and efficiency.
- Regularly learn new design or production tools as chosen by the company.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in graphic design, digital multimedia creation, or any other relevant diploma.
- Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects software.
- Knowledge of cloud-based creative production tools such as Celtra, Hype, Flexitive (an asset).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in adapting advertisements into multiple formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, leadership, and autonomy.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a team and good listening skills.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (an asset).
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
