The Sales Support Agent provides essential administrative and operational support to the group insurance sales team. Reporting to the Relationship Partner Manager, this role acts as a key point of contact between brokers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
This position is well suited for an organized, service‑oriented individual who is interested in gaining experience in group insurance while supporting daily sales operations.
The successful candidate will assist with processing broker requests, supports follow‑ups on sales‑related activities, helps coordinate information, and facilitates communication across teams. Training and guidance are provided to support learning and gradual development within the role.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the group insurance sales team.
- Process and follow up on requests received from brokers and partners (emails, forms, documentation).
- Act as a communication liaison between brokers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of sales‑related documents (quotes, renewals, letters, presentations).
- Maintain and update tools and databases (e.g., tracking reports, SharePoint, CRM) accurately.
- Support the onboarding of new brokers or partners in accordance with established procedures.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate teams and contribute to an efficient and professional service experience.
- Work closely with team members to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the sales function.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, in a bilingual work environment.
- College diploma or university degree in administration, insurance, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest in group insurance or the financial services industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service oriented with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using technology and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases, collaboration tools).
- Willingness to learn, with an interest in ongoing training and professional development.
