Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment (Term)

Key Responsibilities:

You will be involved in all facets of the recruitment process for Hydro, including screening, interviews and selection processes. You will guide managers and supervisors through recruitment, support other HR initiatives and other assigned duties, as required.

What We're Looking For:

You must be organized, with attention to detail, and have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. You have good oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. You can work independently, showing initiative to continually improve your skills and knowledge, but you are also a strong team player.

What You'll Need:

You have a University Degree in Business or a 3-year Business Diploma, focused in Human Resources and 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in recruitment and the coordination of people-related programs and processes. You have experience working with HR systems, superior interpersonal and time-management skills and a good knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.­
