Tech Support and Inside Sales Accociate

GateMaster is a Consumer Reporting Agency that has been in business for 25+ years and is a prominent service provider to the apartment rental industry across Canada. As part of our restructuring, we are seeking an outgoing individual to provide tech support and assist in various other functions. The successful individual will be self-motivated, eager to learn new technology and assist in business development.

Job position:

Tech Support and Inside Sales Associate (Part-time position)

On-location in Halifax 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Location:

Halifax, Nova Scotia

Job Description:

Become an expert in our two interactive web-based platforms

Customer support / technical support on phone and email

Perform tenant verification services for landlords

Monitoring two websites through Google Analytics

Google ad placement and management

Digital marketing (SEO)

Other functions as required

Qualifications:

Strong IT skills

Knowledge of residential property management (ideal)

Digital marketing skills (SEO)

Superb phone skills

Background clearance requirement

Bilingual (ideal)

Compensation:

Base compensation $22.00/hr.

Residual commission on all new business.
