The Opportunity
In this role, you'll shape how our Individual Insurance lo shows up in the market, making it clear, compelling, and impossible for advisors to ignore.
As a Marketing Lead, you'll work across strategy and execution, turning business priorities into marketing that connects. From defining positioning and go‑to‑market approaches to bringing campaigns and tools to life, you'll translate direction into experiences that drive action.
As part of a dynamic marketing team, you'll bring a naturally curious and creative approach to your work, always looking for ways to communicate value and connect with our audience. In close partnership with Product and Sales, you'll help ensure our market approach reflects real advisor needs and inspires more meaningful client conversations.
What You'll Do
Define the marketing strategy for the Individual Insurance line of business by establishing priorities and strategic directions that guide all initiatives.
Plan and lead the go-to-market of new products and enhancements, including positioning, marketing campaigns, and communications.
Strengthen the presence and positioning of individual insurance products across key distribution channels (events, publications, and website).
Develop marketing content and sales enablement tools that clearly and compellingly communicate the products' value proposition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the needs of the distribution network to continuously refine positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all initiatives.
Manage and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
What You'll Need
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in product marketing or B2B environments
- Strong foundation in core marketing principles (segmentation, positioning, go-to-market strategy)
- Proven ability to turn product knowledge into clear, effective marketing and sales enablement
- Strong writing and communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS)
- Experience with project or workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry is considered an asset
