At The Bullpen, we are the ultimate outsourced sales squad for startups. We help tech companies hit home runs, booking qualified meetings, finding their buyers, and growing their pipelines. Now, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative who can bring energy, resilience, and hustle to our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- High-volume outbound calling to engage decision makers and book qualified meetings
- Running multiple client campaigns at once (switching gears quickly and staying sharp)
- Prospecting + qualifying leads to ensure strong fit for client ICPs
- Keeping CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
- Working closely with the team to improve scripts, strategy, and conversion rates
Who You Are
- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable in a high-rejection, high-volume calling environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality or focus
- Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by hitting (and beating) quotas
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly on the phone
- Available to work in-office 4 days/week in Vancouver
