Primary Responsibilities

We started Nonsuch to make moments and our taproom servers embody our purpose better than anyone else. The primary responsibility of this position is to offer our patrons a premium experience in our restaurant by sharing our love and knowledge of our beer and menu options.

Customer Service

Premium Experience - Provide our guests with a premium service and experience by being personal, friendly, attentive, helpful, informative and engaging.

Product Knowledge - Stay informed and up-to-date with all our products and services.

Dynamic Environment - Fulfill multiple roles including hosting, serving, bartending and running food in a fast-paced, bustling service environment.

Health & safety

Keeping the restaurant in pristine condition by performing daily cleaning list activities, keeping our space clean and orderly during service and performing opening and closing procedures.

Help ensure the restaurant remains a space where everyone feels safe.

Requirements

You must be 18 years of age minimum.

You must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule.

Salary

The hourly wage will be based on experience.
