Take full ownership of the parts process - from counter and phone orders to internal Service requests - ensuring timely fulfillment and follow-up.

Partner with the Senior Buyer to anticipate stock usage trends, review consumption data, and maintain inventory levels that match demand and seasonality.

Contribute to forecasting discussions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Collaborate closely with the Service team to anticipate upcoming repairs, major jobs, and fleet maintenance requirements.

Actively seek and incorporate technician feedback to continuously refine stocking strategies and improve parts availability.

Proactively source new and alternative parts solutions to reduce equipment downtime.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments efficiently for internal and external customers.

Maintain disciplined inventory control practices, including cycle counts and participation in annual physical inventory.

Manage warranty parts, and vendor return processing in alignment with reporting standards and supplier requirements.

Keep the parts environment organized, efficient, and reflective of operational excellence.

Other duties as directed by the Parts Manager.
