We are currently seeking a Client Services and Accounts Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our Corporate Office. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for not only greeting guests and answering calls, but also providing administrative support to facilities management, the executive assistant team, and the broader Emera Inc. business, contributing to a professional and efficient office environment.


Key elements of this role include:
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate individuals in a timely and professional manner;
  • Welcome and greet visitors, notifying Emera Executive Assistants of arrivals, to support a positive and well-coordinated meeting experience;
  • Take responsibility for coordinating and directing incoming deliveries, including catering, correspondence, and general inquiries, ensuring items and information reach the correct recipients efficiently;
  • Process invoices, set up vendors, and carry out administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining organized records and helping keep office operations running smoothly;
  • Collaborate closely with Emera Executive Assistants to develop a strong understanding of the business and organizational structure, supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
  • In coordination with building commissionaires, ensure common meeting rooms are appropriately set-up for collaborative use.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role;

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take?initiative;

  • Reliable,?punctual?and dependable in day-to-day?responsibilities;
