Join Our Dynamic Accounting Team
F.K. Warren Limited, a respected leader in the Canadian marine industry with over 125 years of history, is seeking two Accounts Processing Clerks for contract positions in our Halifax, NS office. These roles will be available from July 14th to December 11th, with the potential for extension.
As a vital member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing disbursement accounts.
- Entering customer prepayments.
- Creating internal invoices and compiling vendor invoices for specific port calls.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and computer skills, and be adept at completing these tasks electronically.
Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe, AP Automation, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific programs (training provided).
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- French language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
