Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee painting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate crews, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee painting projects
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and management
• Resolve any issues that arise during projects
• Supervise and motivate crew members

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of a combination of education and experience in project management within the painting or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
