Eddy Group Limited is seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Head Office operations team as a Customer & Market Insights Analyst. This position plays a key role in supporting the continued growth of our e-Commerce platform, customer loyalty initiatives, and data-driven business strategy across our branch network throughout the Maritimes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market and customer data, monitoring e-Commerce performance metrics, administering loyalty programs, and providing actionable insights that support sales growth, customer engagement, and operational success.

What you'll do:

  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Analyze e-Commerce, marketing, customer, and loyalty program data
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking metrics
    • Identify trends and provide recommendations to support business growth
    • Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
    • Conduct market research and consumer behaviour analysis
  • Commerce Support
    • Support ongoing development and optimization of Eddy Group's e-Commerce platform
    • Assist with SEO initiatives, keyword research, and online content optimization
    • Ensure product catalog and website content accuracy
    • Support implementation of new online features and customer experience improvements
  • Loyalty Program Administration
    • Manage and administer the Eddy Rewards customer loyalty program
    • Support administration of the Inside Sales Eddy Rewards employee incentive program
    • Monitor program participation, engagement, and redemption activity
    • Work with vendors and internal teams on promotions, reporting, and program enhancements
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, branch leadership, and third-party partners
    • Present data insights and recommendations to management teams
    • Support company initiatives through data-driven decision making

Qualifications and key competencies:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, analytics, IT, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis, marketing, e-Commerce, research, or loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer loyalty or rewards programs considered an asset
  • Ability to travel periodically within the Maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island)
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset

This is a full-time position that may be located anywhere in the Maritime provinces with preference for individuals located near Eddy Group Limited locations, in particular Greater Moncton. Regular business hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. However, hours outside of these should be expected. The ability to travel to meetings, trade shows and networking events is required. Annual base salary will be commensurate with your experience.
